Dreaming...cheesecake

I baked a cheesecake. A small one but nevertheless another one ticked off my Bucket list. 

  It is satisfying for me to bake something and then sit and eat it with my family. 

It was a baked raspberry cheesecake and wasn't the best I have ever had but it did the trick this time. 

I shall try again - maybe make a chocolate one or something more adventurous. 

 In 10 days I head off to Romania for 10 days and yet another thing shall be ticked off the list. 

I'm excited to go back, to show Alice and the others why I love it. 

Also I am obsessing about this video.
